Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Seville

You land in Seville, and we’ll zip you to a charming hotel in the Santa Cruz district—think tiled patios and cozy vibes. Tonight’s a warm kickoff with a welcome dinner at a local meson, serving up Andalusian classics like salmorejo and a glass of manzanilla. Your guide goes over the plan over some tarta de almendra (almond cake). Wander the nearby streets if you’re up for it or crash early to prep for the fun ahead.

Day 2: Seville’s Flamenco Soul

Start with a strong café con leche and a guided tour of Seville’s old quarter. Check out the Alcazar’s Mudéjar arches and hear how flamenco ties to the city’s history. Lunch is at a nearby tavern—think espinacas con garbanzos (spinach and chickpea stew). Afternoon’s for your first flamenco lesson at a local studio. Learn basic steps and feel the rhythm with a pro dancer. Evening brings a private flamenco show at a historic tablao—guitar, singing, and stomping that’ll give you goosebumps. Dinner’s included post-show, maybe with some rabo de toro (oxtail stew).

Day 3: Jerez and Sherry Tastings

After breakfast, we drive to Jerez, about 1 hour away. Check into a boutique hotel near the old town, then head to a renowned sherry bodega for a guided tour and tasting. Sip fino, amontillado, and sweet Pedro Ximénez while learning how they’re made—your guide’s got the stories. Lunch is at a local spot, maybe with grilled prawns and a chilled sherry. Afternoon’s for another bodega visit, this time with a focus on rare blends. Dinner’s on your own; we’ll point you to a tavern for local dishes like albóndigas.

Day 4: Bull Ranch and Jerez Vibes

Morning’s for a guided visit to a traditional bull ranch outside Jerez. See where fighting bulls are raised and hear about their role in Andalusian culture—no bullfights, just the ranch life. Your guide keeps it real with local insights. Lunch is at the ranch, think hearty beef stew and crusty bread. Back in Jerez, afternoon’s free to explore the old town’s plazas or pop into a sherry bar. Evening brings a kosher-style dinner, included, with dishes like chicken with saffron and a glass of oloroso. Overnight in Jerez.

Day 5: Cadiz and Back to Seville

Drive to Cadiz, about 30 minutes away, for a guided tour of its historic port. Wander the seafront, visit the old cathedral, and hear tales of explorers and pirates—your guide makes it fun. Lunch is at a seaside spot, maybe fresh fried fish and a cold beer. Return to Seville by afternoon (1-hour drive) and check back into your hotel. Evening’s for a second flamenco lesson, diving deeper into moves or maybe trying palmas (hand-clapping). Dinner’s on your own; we’ll suggest a tapas spot in Triana for something lively.

Day 6: Departure

After a leisurely breakfast—grab some tostada with tomato and olive oil—we’ll get you to Seville’s airport. If you’ve got time, sneak in a quick coffee or churros at a local café. You’re leaving with flamenco in your soul and maybe a bottle of sherry in your bag.
